Refund policy

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new condition, with original tags, accessories, and inserts included. All returns are subject to inspection.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom designs

  • Final Sale items (marked at checkout or on the product page)

  • Gift Cards (physical or electronic)

  • Other exclusions may apply

Only items purchased directly from GilsonSnow.com or an official Gilson Snow store are eligible for return. Purchases made through other retailers must be returned through those stores. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7–14 days of receiving your return (shipping charges are non-refundable). Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Return Shipping Fees

  • Continental U.S.: $30 fee deducted from refund (covers shipping & handling)

  • International: $80 fee deducted from refund (covers shipping & handling)

Tip: Reuse your original packaging to protect your gear and reduce waste.


Exchanges

  • U.S. Orders: Exchanges must follow the 30-day return policy and require a $30 processing fee. If a new build is needed, production begins once we receive your return.

  • International Orders: Exchanges are not available. Please return your item and place a new order.


Price Adjustments

We do not offer price matching or adjustments on previous purchases. Eligible items may still be returned within the 30-day window.
