Every custom is built on one of our award-winning performance platforms: the Duel, Bounty Hunter (Snowboard Mag Platinum Pick), Fly, or Homebrew. You choose Flat or 3D base, you choose the size, and every board comes with our full factory warranty.
The Design Process
After you order, your GILSON artist reaches out within 48 hours. You go back and forth over email, text, or phone, whatever works best for you. Digital renderings, your feedback, repeat until it's exactly what you want. No design experience needed. Most riders finalize in 1 to 3 rounds, and you approve the final design before we build a thing.

Order it, and we'll email you a certificate to print and give. When your rider is ready, they connect with their GILSON artist and design the board themselves. It shows up at their door a couple weeks later, theirs in every sense.
Almost anything. Pet photos, personal artwork, tattoos, family portraits, landscapes, you name it. The one restriction is intellectual property: no copyrighted logos, album covers, or TV, movie, and video game characters unless you own the rights or have written permission from the owner. If the art is yours or was made for you, we're good to go. Not sure about your idea? Run it by us. No judgment, ever.
You pick the channel: text, email, or DM. Your artist asks what you're thinking, and your starting point can be as small as a favorite color or as complete as a finished mockup. From there it's renderings, your feedback, and revisions until it's exactly right. You approve the final design before anything gets built. Most riders finalize in 1 to 3 rounds, and you get as many as you need.

Many customers honor pets who have passed away, celebrate current companions, or combine multiple pets into one design. Just send us clear, high-quality photos and let us know any special touches you'd like.
Completely normal, and some of our favorite builds start this way. Some riders arrive with a full mockup and exact colors. Others bring "I love the color teal" or "something inspired by the mountains." Both work. Share a vibe, a palette, a rough concept, or a photo that inspires you, and you and your artist will take it from there.
Then we're not done. You get unlimited rounds with your artist, and nothing gets built until you approve the final design. Your artist's job isn't to get close. It's to get it exactly right.
