What's Included
Every custom is built on one of our award-winning performance platforms — the Duel, Bounty Hunter (Snowboard Mag Platinum Pick), Fly, or Homebrew. You choose Flat or 3D, you choose the size, and every board comes with our full factory warranty.

The Design Process
After you order, our factory artist Landon reaches out to start the design. You go back and forth over email, text, or phone — whatever works best for you. He sends digital renderings, you give feedback, and you keep going until it's exactly what you want. No design experience needed. Most riders finalize in 1–3 rounds.

Summer Pay-Over-Time
Lock in your board with a deposit now and pay the rest in monthly installments through the summer. Your board is in production either way — no waiting until it's paid in full to start.

September 1st Delivery Guarantee
Your finished board ships directly to your door by September 1st. You'll be riding your 1-of-1 opening day while everyone else is still shopping.

  • USPS – Our most budget-friendly option, though delivery times can sometimes run a bit outside the estimated window.
  • FedEx – The fastest way to get your board on snow.
  • UPS – Our most reliable carrier for consistent, damage-free delivery.

International Shipping:

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS
  • Any import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival are the customer’s responsibility.

How It Works

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Select your snowboard, add to cart, and complete checkout to start the process.

Step 2 – Artist Intro + Model Selections

We’ll connect you with your GILSON artist by email. Begin by selecting your size, shape, and profile to match your riding style.

Step 3 – Share Your Ideas

Send your initial artwork ideas, no matter how big or small. Whether you have a clear vision or just a concept, your artist will turn it into a rad design and send you a first mockup for review.

Step 4 – Unlimited Edits

Collaborate back and forth until it’s perfect. Unlimited edits are included, with your artist guiding design choices to ensure it will look amazing on the finished board.

Step 5 – Design Approval

When you’re happy with your digital rendering, approve your final design and we’ll get started!

Step 6 – The Team Brings Your Creation to Life

Our crew takes pride in bringing every custom board to life — from raw materials to a finished ride. Production times can be as quick as 4 days, or take up to a couple of weeks depending on current order volume. We recommend getting your order in early to ensure you’re ready to ride as soon as possible.  We want to get you out there on your new 1-of-1!!

Every screen shows color a little differently — what you see on your phone or laptop might not be an exact match to your snowboard or skis when they arrive. Variations in materials, finishes, and lighting can all influence how colors appear.

We work to bring your creation to life with precision and care, and while no two boards are ever exactly alike, each one is crafted to capture your vision and ride beautifully.

GILSON Snowboard Shapes

Freestyle

Blunted nose and tail for a shorter board with the same capabilities of your normal ride. Butterpad base and full wrap side wall for guaranteed longevity.

All Mountain

Traditional shape with a butterpad base. Ready to shred whatever you throw at it. Full wrap sidewalls to handle those occasional tree taps.

Full Camber Twin

A modern spin on the traditional camber snowboard. This Full Camber Twin is designed to hug the mountain, lay down big carves, and have maximum stability.

Powder

Spoon nose and swallow tail for the ultimate powder experience. You will have trouble riding on hard pack once you take a few freshy laps on this dream machine.
