Domestic Shipping: $29 flat rate shipping throughout most of the U.S., using FedEx. In-stock orders are processed within 2 business days, with delivery in 2-4 days.
Built-to-Order: Custom builds typically take 7-10 business days before shipping.
International Shipping: Flat rate of $79 to select countries. Duties, taxes, and VAT are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns: $25 no-hassle 30-day returns & exchanges. Customized products are non-refundable. Free USA shipping.

Artist Intro + make selections

We'll introduce you via email to your GILSON artist. Start by making your size, shape and profile selections to create your perfect performance model for your 1-of-1 artwork.

Share your artwork ideas

Share your initial ideas with your artist and go back and forth via email, text or call. Some people know exactly what they want, and others just have an idea. Your artist will turn the concept into a rad design and then send a first draft mockup for your review.

Unlimited Edits

Go back and forth as many times as needed with no additional charges for edits or proofing. Your artist may make recommendations based on their knowledge of our manufacturing process to ensure your design is going to look great.

Approve for production

When ready, approve your final draft for production. Production typically takes ~6 days and then ships directly to you.

We build and ship your ride

Follow along on your order status page as your 1-of-1 goes through production, and then receive your tracking info via email as soon as it ships.
