The total price for the trip will be between $2,150 and $3,300 per person, depending on which lodging configuration you choose and if you are traveling solo, as a couple or with a group of 3+ friends.

The upfront $500 deposit secures your spot and is used towards that total price.

Once you speak with the GILSON team member to pick the package that works best for you, you’ll receive an Invoice for the remaining price. You can either pay that off in full, choose our KLARNA option to split the total into 4 equal bi-weekly payments or set-up a monthly payment plan through GILSON.

Epic parties and après at the mountain base, downtown and in-between that will leave everyone else with FOMO throughout the week. There will be at least one GILSON event per day Mon-Fri which will include some food &/or drinks.

Everyone of all ages are welcome to come however, you must be 21 to attend GILSON events (kids must be accompanied by an adult).

The majority of the rooms available for this trip are single units with 2-4 person capacity. There are a limited number of multi-unit rooms available at a first-come-first-serve basis for people booking as a group larger than 4. For more information contact info@gilsonsnow.com.

Yes, solo travelers can either book their own room, or sign up for a shared room.

The ski passes included in the GILSON Getaway trip are for Tuesday 01/28/25, Wednesday 01/29/25 and Thursday 01/30/24.

Absolutely! The Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Plus Pass both include access to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The Ikon Base Pass and Ikon Session Passes do NOT include access to JHMR.

Ikon Passholders must make reservations for the specific dates they plan to ski/snowboard at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You can make, modify or cancel reservations through your Ikon account on ikonpass.com. For more information about using your IKON pass at JHMR visit IKON Pass.

Absolutely! You can use your Mountain Collective Pass towards 2-Days on the mountain plus 50% off of additional days.

Mountain Collective Pass holders must make a reservation for the specific dates they plan to ski/snowboard at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You can make, modify, or cancel reservations via the JHMR online store.

Heck yeah! We will have a demo tent set-up during the week to let everyone on the mountain surf the snow on a GILSON. Getaway fam will have first dibs on demos before opening to the public.

There is free parking at each resort and shuttle services to downtown are available.

Yes, we will have an evening scheduled to explore and party throughout downtown Jackson as a group which includes transportation. If you are interested in exploring downtown Jackson on your own, there are a variety of transportation options provided.

For sure! Jackson Hole has a ton of fun winter activities to enjoy. Non-skiers and snowboarders are welcome to join their friends and family to ascend 10,000 feet in a 9-minute ride on the tram. At the top, start your descent on skis or take in the view while enjoying a world-famous waffle. Either way, your Jackson Hole adventure isn't complete without taking a ride up Big Red.

Yes, you will receive a full itinerary at least 30 days prior to the event.

You will have to cover your own food and drinks throughout the week (with the exception of the daily GILSON events), ski/snowboard rentals (if you don’t bring your own gear), and any additional experiences such as guided mountain tours, lessons, cat skiing, snowmobiling, snow tubing, etc..

The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is located at the base of the spectacular Teton Range. Flying into the Jackson Hole Airport is an awe-inspiring start to your trip to Jackson Hole, since it's located entirely within Grand Teton National Park. Upon arrival at the airport, you are an easy 36-minute ride to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Shuttle service can be included to/from the airport through GILSON. Your assigned GILSON team member will work with you on custom pricing options.

Yes, depending on the time of cancellation. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
* 120 - 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund
* 90 - 31 days prior to arrival: Forfeit deposit
* 30 days or less prior to arrival: Forfeit all monies paid
