I recently purchased the Alpine Roamer. I just road Killington today for the first time with this board and It was hands down, best ride day I’ve had. Board is super fun in the glades, we hit all features in the park from rails to booters. I have a 160 Wide. Floats all over the place like butter. The edgeless feel is something you get use to quickly. Turns on a dime, super flexy when needed. Thank all you guys for this experience 🤙🏻

My 13-year-old daughter has been riding and loving an All Mountain Hybrid Camber with the fantastic Trippydraws design (keyword Magic Mushrooms) since this winter. She rides it in a relatively steep freeride setback position and gives it endless speed!!! I always thought that only Burton and Nitro made good boards, but now I've been proved wrong. I bought 3 Gilson boards last year. I like them that much. The first, I bought just to ride, but the graphics were so sick, I had to get another to hang on the wall. BUT, Gilson has a custom board program. So, I had them make two more custom boards with MY graphics. They didn't make it up on the wall either. They were too much fun riding than just looking at them. I had a great time riding all 3 of them (all different board styles - all mountain, free style, different cambers). I guess they might end up on the wall as art eventually, but probably not. First, the build quality is amazing. I've had Burton, Rossignol, Never Summer and K2 boards. Gilson's boards are every bit is good in terms of quality. Ride style is very different compared to those boards. The edge design on the Gilson board is very specific to allow you to "butter", which is to say not catch an edge when you're doing tricks. The result is the board is surfy, which for me was a new experience. Once I got used to it, it was nothing but fun. I felt on the hard pack I had to work harder to get my turns down, but I could also spin the board more easily. On the softer snow and powder, the surfy feeling was pretty awesome! I highly recommend putting one of Gilson's boards in your rotation. If for no other reason, you will get an endless stream of compliments on the mountain. I have never had so many people compliment my board before. Gilson has, by far, the best graphics of any board I have ever seen.

Gilson is awesome and it’s not just the product. I have been riding for over 20 years local to the Ice coast NY riding mostly VT and NY. I have road just about every brand. Gilson gives you a new edge, especially getting older its super forgiving edges but holds deep in a carve, snappy response and pow channel giving you a surf feel down the mountain. I bought the redline 2 years ago I think now, when I first got it, the top sheet started to delaminate, I reached out to Gilson, they got back to me right away, unfortunately it was the exact time their factory had burned down. They promised as soon as they were up and running again they would reach out and that’s exactly what they did.every conversation with Nick was more than pleasant the warranty is unmatched across the board. I sent some pictures and they submitted an order for a new board standing behind their product. Highly recommend Gilson, weather you have been riding for years or just starting out it’s a fun board to have in the quiver. I’ll be honest I was a little hesitant at first because it’s so different, but because they were looking to give back to us fire fighters I knew I had to give them a shot and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Again Highly recommend!!! 🤙🏻

Got my VGK 160w that id been waiting for and was it well worth it just got back from an epic trip to utah and this board ripped the steeps and knee deep pow at snowbasin,floated like no tomorrow thru the deep pow wow at Powder mtn and handle the steep powder layered groomers of Beaver mtn like no tomorrow thanks Gilson for making an outstanding ripping board right here in the USA 💯🇺🇸💪🏂🏂🏂

I had been thinking of getting a new snowboard for a few years, and a couple of my cousins had boards by Gilson that they loved. So when it was time to ordered a board, I looked into a couple of brands, and went with Gilson. I ordered by board during their Black Friday sales, and it took a bit of time to get make and delivered. But. I am so so happy with the finished product. I seriously can not wait to get it out on the slopes. Their consumer service was amazing and very personal.

Absolutely amazing company! Extremely friendly and great customer support. I ordered a limited-edition D&D board and I couldn’t be happier with it. The design is fantastic and with the unique butter pad design raising the edges ever so slightly I find I rarely catch an edge and bail anymore. I love the flex, carving and powder proformas is gives. There is a lot of negative review online but. As a avid rider and snowboard instructor I love it! Hey all, I can not say enough good things about Gilson Snow, but we’ll start here. Found out about Gilson through word of mouth and advertising a while back. Didn’t realize they’re a Pennsylvania based company (local to me). I purchased the Pioneer (snowboard) for myself and the Wildlands (skis) for my daughter. We both love our purchase. Later, I would acquire The Undead (snowboard). Since I don’t live far from the factory, I opted to pick up my purchases. Got to meet some of The Gilson Crew and took a tour of their facility. Pretty cool experience and really awesome people on the crew. Had an issue with the Pioneer which led me to The Undead, which is a hybrid camber. This was a game changer for me. When coming out of a carve there is a lot of built up energy which could be put into a trick or laid back into your next turn. The soft edges used in Gilson’s products work very well making the board more versatile. Gilson Snow backs their products 100%. From the snowboards and skis to their great line of apparel all of which I have personally experienced. Great people, great products, enough said.

I emailed Gilson asking if they provided Prodeals for shops to purchase gear at a discounted price late on a Monday evening, not expecting a response for a day or so. To my delight, I received a response within moments, and while they did not offer such a deal, I had forgotten it was cyber Monday, so most boards were on sale! I spoke with Andrew and he had given a quote for the board I was interested in, a custom NHL Vancouver Canucks board! He had also given me a little back story as to Gilsons history, including the recent fire which leveled their shop. They had just opened their new shop the week before, happy to see small businesses heading into the future! While it took a while to get the board build started, understandable after the fire and backlog, when I received my new deck I was estatic! It was an incredible deck! After my first initial turns trying to figure out the 3D base edge, I was overthinking, I just sent it and it was quite an enjoyable ride. Thanks Gilson!

Customer service was well beyond 95% of any businesses out there. Great communication throughout the building process. I got the holiday bundle and the bindings and sweatshirt came in two days. The board was delivered in approximately 5 weeks as expected since they are made per order. The Trippy graphics are 100% better in person than on the site. It’s my first Gilson so it took a bit to get used to even with 30 years of riding experience. After a few days….this thing kicksA$$! Super responsive, playful, and a ton of fun!

I’ve been riding used thrifted boards for years now and finally felt like I was at a point where I should splurge on something brand new and nice. I got this board on Black Friday and absolutely love it. Not only the beautiful design but the top has a kind of grip tape material so that you don’t need stomp pads and there is a curved edge all around the bottom of the board that makes it so forgiving and very difficult to catch an edge. So happy I chose this board as my first brand new board.

I love all THREE of my Gilson boards. I've got the Redline, the Fly and the Undead. Gilson's three-dimensional base gives you that floaty feel and helps prevent catching an edge, which means it helps prevent breaking your tail bone. Great company! I have the coolest looking snowboard I know of! Also compared to my old used board that I use to ride, my Homebrew immediately felt much better. 3 days with it and my top speed increased 10mph. I'm super stoked they helped me chose a board too. 10/10 would recommend. My next board will be a Gilson as well.

Gilson Snow...where do I even begin to say how impressed and happy I am regarding their board, their customer service, and overall experience!! I worked with Gage through chat over a 30 day text exchange. He was responsive and extremely helpful! This was even during the time their production plant caught on fire. I had never ridden a Gilson board but had done some research about them and decided I wanted to try one. Gage asked me questions, listened to what I had to say and we both agreed the All mountain hybrid camber was the perfect board for me. I've ridden the board twice now and I can't begin to describe how perfect it is! It's responsive, has just the right amount of flex, and can turn on a dime or can charge the mountain. I hit knuckles with ease, enjoyed some park rails, and side jumps with no problems. On my old board which was a full camber I noticed I'd catch edges off jumps or rails...not on a Gilson!!! If you're considering getting a board from Gilson, DO IT! You will not be disappointed. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none.

I am a big believer in small businesses and good people and they have delivered above expectations in both categories.
